In October 2020, HRH the Prince of Wales awarded Yvonne Conolly CBE the Naz Legacy Foundation Honorary Education Award at our 7th Annual Reception. Yvonne was the first black female headteacher in the UK and was a trailblazer in the field of education and black representation in the UK.
The Annual Reception, held virtually for the first time, brought together leading educationalists, philanthropists, and young people and included panel discussion on the impact of COVID-19 on faith communities and grief, to launch the Naz Legacy Foundation’s Dealing with Grief Project.
