We’re Hiring: Foundation Director

After 7 incredible years with the Naz Legacy Foundation, our Director is stepping down. We are now seeking an exceptional Director to lead the Foundation through its next phase of growth and impact. The Director will be responsible for the strategic, operational and financial leadership of the organisation, ensuring the delivery of our mission and the enhancement of our programme and initiatives. 

This excellent opportunity would suit someone who is a strategic thinker with the natural ability to build relationships and work in a fast-paced environment. This role will require an enhanced DBS certificate. Please see the attached candidate pack and person specification for more information on the role and requirements.

  • Job Title: Foundation Director
  • Responsible to: Chair of Trustees
  • Salary: Up to £55k, depending on experience
  • Hours: 35 hours/week
  • Contract Type: Permanent 

Our office is based in East London. Hybrid working is our preferred work option. There are several evening events throughout the year at which staff attendance is required; therefore, being London-based is desirable.
