The Teaching Awards

Children may be our future, but it is our excellent teachers that shape and mould that future. Naz Bokhari OBE was the first ethnic minority to be a senior judge at The Teaching Awards. He believed there was no higher calling than teaching and to teach was to shape the future of the world. The Naz Legacy Foundation is proud to announce the first charity it will be supporting is The Teaching Awards. ‘Without teachers, society would side back into primitive squalor.’ – TED WRAGG.

Teachers are too modest – ‘award for the whole school and whole community – accepting on behalf of each teacher – outstanding team effort – the award belongs to all of us…..’ Teachers need to realise they are special and we should be proud of them!
