Naz Legacy visits Downing Street

October is an important time in our calendar as it is Black History Month. To mark the start of this, Naz Legacy were invited to attend Downing Street and listen to the inspirational Sergeant Johnson Beharry VC.

The Foundation invited fifteen students to join them for the launch of Black History at Downing Street.  Visiting Downing Street was a new experience for all of the students, who were full of excitement and had many questions for Sergeant Beharry VC who shared his inspirational story, about how he went from having nothing, being injured in combat, and now working in charity to improve the lives of young people.

We would like to thank Sergeant Johnson Beharry VC for his time, 10 Downing Street for inviting the Foundation, and the schools for attending
