Foundation organised a trip for children from Ernest Bevin College to learn more about role of the Mayor and City Hall
City Hall Visit

Students from Ernest Bevin College visited City Hall and learnt about the office of the Mayor of London, Boris Johnson. Sadiq Khan MP, a former Bevin student and an ambassador for the charitable initiative Mosaic, arranged the students’ visit through Mosaic’s World of Work programme.

The Naz Legacy Foundation was established by the family of Naz Bokhari, the former Principal of Ernest Bevin College. The Naz Legacy Foundation promotes excellence in education and positive integration into British Society through supporting key initiatives and charities within these sectors. The second annual reception of the Foundation was held at City Hall on the evening of Wednesday 24th April. Amongst the speakers at the reception was former Ernest Bevin Sixth Former Imran Sanauallah, the winner of the inaugral Naz Bokhari Award in 2012. Imran took to the stage alongside more well known speakers including Boris Johnson, London Mayor, Sadiq Khan MP, Ed Davey, Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, Dominic Grieve MP, Attorney General, Sir Edward Lister, Deputy Mayor, Lynton Crosby and Mosaic Board member Shabir Randeree CBE.
