Paul Robinson – Director of Children Services, Wandsworth Borough Council

Paul Robinson – Director of Children Services, Wandsworth Borough Council.

This year Paul Robinson celebrates his 20th year as the Director of Children’s Services at Wandsworth Borough Council. He has responsibility for the 80 schools within the borough, 30 of which (over one third) including Ernest Bevin, are rated as Outstanding by Ofsted. Paul counted Naz as both a colleague and friend and summarises Naz’ contribution to education:

“He will be remembered best for being a tireless campaigner for school and in particular boys’ education. He was a modest, loyal and humble servant of education in the borough yet he had a steely determination to improve the lives of others.”
